Google requires that we gather some information in order to begin this process. To begin, please submit the following form. When we hear back from Google, you will receive an email from us, with a special block of text that you will need to send to Google's Business Messages department. This text contains a brief declaration, stating that you are giving Approachment permission to handle chats on your behalf, along with a special authorization code.
