Unfortunately, Facebook no longer supports the old Instagram API, and the new API requires a Facebook account.
Complete the following steps to integrate your Instagram Page with our service once you have already connected your
Facebook Page.
1. Log into Facebook.
2. Click on “Settings” on the left-hand side.
3. In the “Settings” panel, click on “Linked Accounts”.
4. If it isn’t already, select “Instagram” in the list on the left.
5. In the Instagram panel, click on the “Connect account” button.
6. Click on the “Connect” button.
7. Click on the “Confirm” button.
IMPORTANT: Do not change the toggle that says “Allow access to Instagram messages in Inbox”. It should remain in the On/Active position.
8. An Instagram login window opens. Sign into your Instagram account.
9. Follow any remaining instructions.
