In the app's billing section, you'll find the following details:
Current Plan: This includes your current subscription level, which can be Essential, Professional, or Premium.
Payment Method: You'll see the last four digits of the credit card associated with your account for payment.
Extra Billing Information: This section allows you to provide any extra details that you want to appear on all of your receipts, such as your VAT ID, complete business/site name, and address.
Billing Email: You can specify an email address to which receipts will be sent, in addition to the account owner's email.
Billing History: This section provides a link to access your invoice history.
Your invoice will display the following information:
Invoice Number: A distinctive and sequentially generated code systematically assigned to each invoice.
Date: Reflects the time-stamped date and time when the goods were invoiced and the transaction was officially recorded.
Payment Method: Indicates the method used for service payment (currently, we exclusively accept credit card payments).
Description: Specifies the plan to which you are subscribed.
Quantity: Denotes the number of plans to which you are subscribed.
Unit Price: Indicates the cost for each individual plan.
Amount: Shows the total payable amount based on the unit price.
Note:
This service operates on a prepaid basis, where charges are applied in advance for the upcoming service period. If you decide to cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
In the event of payment failures, multiple attempts will be made to process the payment. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your account will be deactivated.
