Approachment requires a 30-day notice because we have a workforce of live agents we employ to provide the service, and we have to make sure they are allocated properly.
Notice Period
Please submit a cancellation notice at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date to hello@approachment.com, including your account details and the reason for cancellation.
Effective Date
Cancellation becomes effective 30 days from the date we receive your notice. Access to services will continue during this period.
Prorated Charges
If cancellation occurs within a billing cycle, charges will be prorated up to the cancellation date based on the user's current plan, and you will be immediately billed for any days not already billed.
No Refunds for Past Services
Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or unused portions of the subscription/agreement.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Upon receiving your notice, we'll confirm the cancellation and provide the necessary details. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
To cancel your subscription, sign into https://app.approachment.com and navigate to User Avatar > Billing > Cancel Plan > Confirm that you wish to cancel.
When you cancel your account, your subscription and service will continue to be active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will not renew.
You are welcome to leave the code snippet in place, just in case you decide to reinstate your subscription. All you have to do is contact us, and we will get everything turned back on.
Please note that all our plans are month-to-month, and there are no contractual obligations.
